Keeping Members

The longer they stay, the better they do and the more each member is worth. There is a section for memberships with a group and one for memberships without, and the rest apply either way. Pick one or two and get them working, not all of them at once.

These come across from the diagnostic if you have done it. Change them here and it only changes this page.

Why people leave, in their own words

  • "I haven't had time to look at it." Usually means there is too much in there, or it is not clear where to start.
  • "I'm not using it." They have forgotten it is there. That is a keeping-in-touch problem.
  • "I'm behind." The word to watch. When someone feels behind, you have become a burden rather than a help.
  • "I can't afford it right now." Thank them. A good few come back.
  • They have moved on. Their business changed. Nothing to fix.

Ask everyone who leaves why, and read the answers. The same reasons come up again and again, and only some of them are yours to fix.
