Where it started
Esther’s been helping leaders speak, pitch, and present for years. She’s worked with global brands like Barclays, spoken on international stages, and supported thousands of professionals through her masterclasses and keynote talks.
But it was one specific workshop- on women in leadership - that sparked something bigger.
“One of the women asked if I had something longer-term to keep the momentum going. She called it an ‘Esther Boost’.”
At the same time, Esther had been reflecting on the research around gender and confidence.
“Women often think they need to be 100% perfect to apply for a role or speak up. Men? Around 60% will do. I thought ‘what if we aim for 80%? ‘My audience LOVED it.”
So she built the 80% Perfect Club.
