Quiz Maker
Type in your questions and results, paste in a sign-up form from your email system, and copy one piece of code onto any page of your website. Everyone who finishes the quiz goes onto your list, tagged with their result if you want.

Two to five results. Each one gets a name people would be pleased to be called, what it means, the catch for that type, and one next step.
The questions
Five to eight is plenty. For each answer, pick which result it counts towards. The result with the most answers wins.
Collecting emails
- Where to find it: in your email system, make a sign-up form for the quiz, then look for "embed", "HTML" or "raw HTML" and copy all of it. You don't need to know anything else. Paste it here and I'll tell you if it works.
- Not sure which email system you use? It's wherever you log in to send your newsletters. Look at the bottom of one of your own emails: most show the name there.
Where the code is in the common email systems
- Simplero: Lists, open your list, Opt-in forms, make a form, then Embed and copy the HTML version.
- MailerLite: Forms, Embedded forms, make a form, then choose the HTML code option.
- Kit: Grow, Landing pages and forms, make an inline form, Publish, then HTML.
- Mailchimp: Audience, Signup forms, Embedded forms, then copy the code.
- Systeme: make a form in a funnel step, then look for the embed or raw HTML option.
- Something else: search your system's help for "embed form HTML".
Menus change from time to time. If a step doesn't match what you see, look for the words "embed" and "HTML".
If you use sign-up page links instead
If your form code won't work, give each result a link to a sign-up page in your email system (the box is under each result). Set each page to add that result's tag and to show or email the result. The quiz ends with a button that goes to it.
- Tag by result: make one form per result, each set to add its own tag, and paste each into its result above. Anyone who gets that result is sent through that form. Leave a result's box empty to use the main form.
- If it says it can't find the form: your email system may only offer a script embed. Look for an option called HTML or raw HTML instead.
Try it and copy the code
The preview doesn't send anything. Test the real one once it's on your site.
- Paste it into an HTML or custom code block on any page: Simplero, WordPress, Kajabi, Squarespace, Wix and so on.
- Then test every result before you share it. Use a different email of your own each time, on your phone too, and check each one arrives on your list with the right tag. The quiz shows the result even if your email system turns the sign-up away, so this is the only way to know it works.
