Charmaine Champ is the founder of Clear Steps Consultancy, based in Essex, and she’s on a mission to change the way we support children with toileting, sleep, and emotional regulation challenges.
Her approach is holistic, practical, and rooted in gut health. And while she offers support to both neurotypical and neurodivergent children, her work fills a critical gap that many schools and families struggle to navigate alone.

How She Launched (and Relaunched)
Charmaine originally launched the membership two years ago, but it really took off when she followed a step-by-step guide (yes, mine!).
“My relaunch followed your step-by-step guide, and it worked.”
She now uses a mix of:

Low-ticket offers that feed into the membership
This keeps the door gently open, while still creating intentional sales momentum.
The Biggest Challenge? The First Launch
“The launch was the hardest part. But following a structured approach helped me overcome it.”
Now she has a replicable strategy she can use again and again.
