From “Scared of Speaking” to Leading a Micro-Membership With Big Potential
Abbey Wrangles didn’t start The Mojo Business Club with a long strategy doc or fancy funnel. She started it because she loves supporting mums in business, with encouragement, accountability, and a space to feel seen.
“I love supporting women in their businesses and giving them moral support and motivation.”
Launched in September 2025, this Hertfordshire-based membership may only have 3 members so far, but what it lacks in scale, it makes up for in heart. The feedback she’s already received proves she’s onto something powerful.
“My members have messaged to say what we’re working on is finally coming together for them.”
What’s Inside The Mojo Business Club?
Abbey’s offer blends mindset, motivation, and momentum in a simple but valuable package designed specifically for time-poor mums who are building businesses.
Members get:
✔ Accountability Calls – Stay on track with gentle nudges
✔ Mini Trainings with Implementation – Actionable content with space to apply it
✔ WhatsApp Support – For real-time encouragement
✔ Quarterly In-Person Meetups – Building local, offline connection
✔ Book Club – A light, inspiring way to keep learning
✔ A Business Directory – To showcase and connect members
It’s not just about business growth, it’s about confidence.
From Live Launch to Word-of-Mouth Growth
Abbey kicked things off with a live networking event, using it as a springboard to introduce the membership and get her first sign-ups.
Now she’s growing through:
📱 Organic Instagram marketing
🗣 Conversations at networking events
💬 Direct outreach and warm referrals
It’s a grassroots approach that mirrors how many mums in business operate—relationship-first, content-second.
Facing the Fear (And Doing It Anyway)
One of Abbey’s biggest challenges? Public speaking.
“I was scared of speaking, but I’m overcoming it the more I speak.”
Another biggie? Self-doubt.
“I’ve just had to keep going and grow my confidence as I do the things I know are good and helpful for the group.”
Her honesty is relatable, and part of why her members trust her.
Lessons from the First Few Months
“I think I’ve learned by doing. I’d probably include less stuff if I started again. It’s very slow burning, but I think I’ll get there.”
She’s not in a rush. She’s building something real.
At the moment, her membership brings in £70/month, and she’s laying the foundations for more.
What’s Next?
I want to grow to 50 people at the higher tier. I also want to build a separate membership with 200+ people just in the directory. And eventually, I want to launch a wellbeing membership for mums too.”
That’s not just a business plan—it’s a vision for a whole ecosystem.
Final Thoughts
The Mojo Business Club is still in its early stages, but it’s exactly the kind of community that sticks. Built on encouragement, clarity, and connection, it’s already changing lives in small but meaningful ways.
And it’s just getting started.
