Businesses Aren't Built In A Day
It takes time to go from in-person to online, especially if your time is taken up with in-person classes, treatments, workshops or consulting and you're booked up for the foreseeable future.
The only way to make that transition to getting income from online products and move away from selling your time/knowledge by the hour is to commit to finding the time.
It might mean booking out a session per week for YOU, to work on your business. It might mean pulling a few late nights while you get it sorted. It might mean taking some time off to work on the business. It might mean a little financial hit that is actually an investment in your future.
That's what it's going to take to make this shift.
Once you have an online product to sell, you need to market it. if you've chosen the right product it will sell (choosing the right one is a whole different post) and you will start getting an income.
As your online-product income builds, you can ramp down your in-person stuff so you're never in a position where you have no money.
It's not going to happen, though, if you don't commit to making it happen.
You will always be too busy, too booked-up, too tired.
It's a choice and when you choose to create online products you create a much easier future, where you have time to do what you want and you make money without being present.
Love, Claire xx
