For people who ALREADY have a membership and are fed up of it only growing when they launch it.
£147 for the first 25 · then the price goes up · work through it in your own time
Have a read of these and see how many you nod at.
Nodding? Good. You’re in exactly the right place.
You launch. For a fortnight your membership is EVERYWHERE. It’s in every email, it’s all over your stories, you mention it on everything you turn up on.
Some lovely people join. Brilliant!
Then the launch finishes.
And you go back to your normal marketing, and your membership more or less vanishes. The people outside it don’t hear a peep about it for weeks.
A couple of months later you look at the numbers, they’ve gone flat, and you start gearing yourself up to do the whole thing again.
There’s nothing wrong with your membership. It’s a good one. It just spends most of the year being a well kept secret.
And launching is HARD WORK. You can’t do it every month. (Well, you can. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve tried.)
It usually comes down to one of two things, and it really helps to know which one is holding YOURS back.
They read your emails. They follow you. Some of them have bought from you before. And they still haven’t joined.
They aren’t against it! They just don’t quite know what it is, or they’ve never been given a reason to join THIS week rather than one day.
There aren’t enough new faces coming into your world, so you’re marketing to the same lovely people over and over again.
You don’t have to be everywhere to fix this. Far from it! You need a couple of routes that suit you and that you’ll actually keep doing.
Some people just don’t want a membership. That’s fine, they were never going to join, and you don’t need them to. This is about the ones who would.
Most memberships have a bit of both of these. And the fix for one looks nothing like the fix for the other.
Get it the wrong way round and you’ll spend months chasing strangers, when the people already reading your emails would have joined if you’d given them a reason to. Or you’ll keep emailing the same people over and over and wonder why the numbers won’t shift.
Getting more people into your membership.
We’ll look at what you already have, what’s missing, what’s getting in the way and where your best opportunities are. We’ll work on your actual membership, your actual marketing and your actual numbers.
I’ll show you the New Members Every Day system I would use if I were growing your membership myself.
By the end of it, I want you to know exactly how you’re going to keep bringing new people towards your membership, giving them reasons to join and turning more of them into paying members. And you’ll leave with a clear plan for the next 90 days so you can keep doing it once the training is done.
It’s called New Members Every Day because that’s what you’re building towards. Once it’s set up and running, new members stop being something you have to launch for.
A membership doesn’t add up like a launch does. Everybody who joined last month is still paying you this month, so it stacks. Put your own numbers in.
And that’s a few a month. Once you’ve got the system running you build it up from there, until people are joining most days.
Some of it you set up once and leave running. Some of it you do regularly. And there’s a small job each day that takes thirty minutes at most, less once you’ve got the hang of it.
I’ll be straight with you about the set-up, though. There’s real work in it, and most of it comes at the start. That is exactly why you get the templates, the checklists and the worked examples for every part of it, so it goes as fast and as painlessly as I can possibly make it. The half hour a day is what happens once that’s done.

Everything lands on Monday 28th September. Yours to keep.
YES! I WANT INI didn’t put this together for a course. It’s what I actually do.
Recurring income has paid my bills since 2013, and a membership only keeps paying you if people keep joining it. So over the years I worked out a way of doing that which doesn’t depend on me being in the mood, or coming up with something clever, or clearing a fortnight for a launch.
It’s small. It’s more or less the same every day. It works on the days I’ve got an hour and on the days I’ve got ten minutes.
That’s what you’re buying. The thing I do, handed over.
Real members. Real money.
Not theoretical case studies. Actual Recurring Income Academy members, actual figures, mostly inside their first season.

New Members Every Day
Here’s what you get
This is the first time I’ve taught New Members Every Day, and the launch price is the lowest it will ever be. It goes up as places go, and it goes up again when the launch finishes. Today is the cheapest this gets.
I know. You’re already running the membership, doing the calls, answering the questions and making the content.
Here’s the thing.
This doesn’t sit on top of your marketing. It mostly REPLACES it.
You’re already making content every week. Hardly any of it mentions the thing you want people to buy.
We’re not adding a job. We’re pointing what you already do at your membership.
And your Mind Monkeys? The ones saying you’ve already tried this, or your people are different, or you’re rubbish at selling?
IGNORE THEM. They’ve never got anybody a single member.
You haven’t got a membership yet and you’re still working out what yours would even be.
This isn’t a start-a-membership course. I’ve other training for that and I would much rather you did that one first.
New Members Every Day starts here: I’ve got a membership. Now I want more people in it.
And why should you listen to me?
Big ones and small ones. Cheap ones and expensive ones. For completely different audiences. I’ve made most of the mistakes that are available to make.
Recurring income has been the backbone of my business for well over a decade. Which means I’ve had to bring new members in EVERY MONTH for years, not just when the cart is open.
I’ve taught thousands of people how to create, launch and grow a membership. Building one is rarely the bit they get stuck on.
Filling it is.
Before you close this tab
The first 25 places are £147, the next 25 are £197, the 25 after that are £247, and then it’s £297.
And the launch price ends completely at midnight on Wednesday 30th September. After that it goes to full price and stays there.
Yes, as long as it exists and people can join it. New memberships often move fastest on this because nothing has settled into a habit yet.
Nope. A big chunk of this is about getting a lot more out of the audience you’ve already got.
Once it’s running, half an hour a day, and less than that once you’ve got the hang of it. There’s more to do at the start, and I won’t pretend otherwise. You get templates, checklists and worked examples so it goes as fast as it possibly can, and you do it in your own time, in whatever order suits you.
You don’t need them. Everything I’m doing to bring members in right now is organic and costs nothing but time. The two most recent people to join me found me by searching TikTok and by asking ChatGPT for a recommendation. But I do teach ads, because used properly they’re worth knowing, and I’ll show you how to do it cost effectively rather than pouring money in and hoping.
Video is the fastest way to do this and it’s what I’ll be pushing you towards. If you really won’t go near it you can do all of this in writing, but you’ll be working harder for the same result.
Nope. We cover how referrals can work and you take as much or as little of it as suits you.
Then launch! Launches work. The problem is only ever growing WHEN you launch. This gives you the other 46 weeks.
No, this one is separate. It isn’t included in any of my memberships or programmes, and there’s no member price. Everybody pays the same.
You keep it. Every module, every template, and anything I add to it later.
The whole system arrives on Monday 28th September and it’s yours to work through whenever suits you.
New Members Every Day
The whole system, and a way of getting members that carries on working long after you’ve finished it.

YES! I WANT INP.S. If you take nothing else from this page, take this. Your membership is the one thing in your business that pays you every single month, and it’s the thing you talk about least. A month from now that could be completely the other way round.
P.P.S. The price goes up once the first 25 have gone, and the launch price ends completely at midnight on Wednesday 30th September. Come and get it.
The bit at the bottom. Every business is different and I can’t promise you a specific number of members or a specific income. What you get out of this depends on your membership, your market and how much of it you actually do. The results on this page are from real people and they’re theirs, not a guarantee of yours.
