The Thursday call is the one where I get a lot of "I did it. They said yes" messages the week after.

Here's what actually happens on the calls:

  • You ask your specific question about your specific business, and I'll answer as many as we can fit in the hour. Not generic advice. The answer for you.
  • A few of you get the hot seat. Bring your offer, your pricing, your content or your copy. If you're picked we'll look at it together live and the whole room will learn from it.
  • I give you a proper nudge on the thing you're avoiding. (You know the one.) The calls are where the scary things stop being scary.
  • You realise you're not the only one. Every question you've been sitting on - someone else has it too. That alone is worth the price of admission.
  • You leave knowing exactly what to do next. Not a vague inspiration buzz. A specific next action, written down, with a deadline.

Can't make a call live? All four calls are recorded and the replays go up the same afternoon. And if there's something specific you want eyes on, you'll find a short question form inside the member area and Facebook group - fill it in ahead of time and I'll answer your question on the call. So even if you can't turn up live, your specific question still gets addressed. Calls run for 60-90 minutes, starting at 12.30pm UK time to suit as many time zones as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the content go live?

The content drops week by week, the Monday before each Thursday live call. Phase 1 goes live on Monday 20 April, Phase 2 later that week. Phase 3 on Monday 27 April, Phase 4 on Monday 4 May, and Phase 5 on Monday 11 May. This gives you three days to work through each week's content before we get on the call together - enough time to get stuck into it, not so much that the momentum fades. The Facebook group is open right now, and prep work is going in there shortly so you can get started straight away.

When are the live calls?

Every Thursday at 12.30pm UK time, starting 23rd April. Calls run for 60-90 minutes. We've chosen lunchtime to suit as many time zones as possible. If you can't make it live, the replay will be available later that same afternoon.

How much time do I need each week?

The live call is 60-90 minutes. The content for each week takes most people an hour or so work through, depending on how much time you spend on the action steps. The whole thing is designed to fit around a real life with real time constraints - not an imaginary one with six spare hours a day. If you can find 2-3 hours a week, you'll get the full benefit. 

What if I miss a live call?

All calls are recorded and the replay goes up the same afternoon. You won't miss anything. That said, the live calls are where the magic really happens, so try to make as many as you can.

Do I need to be on Facebook?

The private community runs on Facebook, and it's a big part of the experience. If you're not on Facebook you can still do the programme and attend the calls, but you'll miss out on the between-calls support and community. Most people find the group is one of the best bits.

I did the original BGK years ago. Is this the same?

No. This is not the old programme with a fresh lick of paint. This is a brand new 4-week intensive written entirely from scratch, with new scripts, new content, new structure, and new thinking shaped by everything I've learned working with thousands of women business owners since then. The world has changed. Social media has changed. The way we all work has changed. This programme reflects that.
