People hear "membership" and picture thousands of subscribers and a content treadmill. Forget that. Here's the number I want in your head.

40×£25=£1,000

Forty members. Twenty-five quid a month. A thousand pounds of recurring income, every single month, before you've sold a single other thing. Not forty thousand. Forty. That's a Facebook group's worth of people who already like you. I give you the full maths on Day 1, and you work out your own number live in the room.

The bit that compounds

A membership doesn't reset. It stacks.

Sell something once and it's gone the moment the money's in. Next month you're back on the start line. A membership works the other way about: the forty who join this month are still here next month, so you're not starting again, you're building on top. Add a handful more as you go and your income climbs instead of resetting to zero.

Illustrative, not a promise. Each block is ten members at £25 a month. Bring in around ten a month and keep them, and by month four you've forty members and £1,000 coming in, before you've sold anything else. Every month after stacks on top, because last month's members are still here.

You're not afraid of work. The hardest part is the 1st of every month, when the till resets to zero and you start the whole thing again from a standing start. Sell, deliver, sell, deliver. You're only ever as secure as your next launch, your next client, your next good week.

And if you've been at this a while, you'll know that cold lurch of a slow month. I do too.

A membership fixes that. Not "one day when you're bigger." Now. Because a membership is the one model where the people who joined last month are still paying you this month. You stake your claim once, then you build it as you go.

I've got nothing to teach

You do. You just can't see it because it's obvious to you. We find it on Day 2.

I'm not enough of an expert

Your members don't need the world's leading authority. They need someone two steps ahead of them who'll show them the way. That's you.

I haven't got a list or followers

One of my members runs a membership for owners of high-prey-drive dogs. Tracey didn't have a list either. You don't need a crowd, you need the right forty.

The tech will defeat me

It won't. I'll show you the simplest possible setup on Day 3. You're building a Light-Touch™ membership, not launching a rocket.

You don't have to have it all worked out to start. You build it as you go, with your founding members alongside you. That's the Light-Touch™ way, and it's the only way I've ever done it.

How the three days run

Live, but built around a busy life

It's live with me, and that's where you'll get the most out of it. But life happens, so I've made it easy to keep up whatever your week looks like.

A replay every day

Can't make a session live? You get a replay every single day. Watch it on your lunch, after the school run, once the little ones are down, whenever your day allows. You won't miss a thing.

A bit of homework

Short and doable, after each session. It's how you finish the week with real work done and a plan in your hands, not just a page of notes you'll never read again.

Turn up, do the work, and you're in for prizes through the three days. A bit of fun, and a lovely nudge to actually see it through to the end.

Who's running this

I'm Claire, the Membership Queen

That name still makes me laugh, but I've earned it the hard way. In 2010 my marketing agency fell apart and left me staring down a tax bill I couldn't pay, with a small daughter and no idea what came next. That's the month I learned what it does to you when your income starts at zero every single time. I never wanted to feel it again.

So I built memberships instead. I've been doing it since 2013, I've brought in over two million pounds of recurring income, and I've taught thousands of women to do the same with my Light-Touch™ Method. Not by working harder. By building something that keeps paying.

These days I run all of it, fuelled by tea, from our old Mill on a few acres in rural North Yorkshire, with a flock of rescue hens who are quite sure they own the place. Memberships kept my income coming in when I had to pull my daughter out of school at 7 due to bullying and homeschool her for three years (she's just finished her A levels!). They kept me paid when my dad was poorly, and then when he passed away. They brought money in through my own health challenges. That's the whole point of recurring income: a business that fits round your real life, not the other way around.

This challenge is the start of that for you, and it costs you nothing but three days and a bit of nerve.

Before you ask

Is it really free?
Yes. Totally free. Three days of me showing you how to build a £1,000 a month membership, for nothing.
Who is this challenge for?
Two sorts of women, really. The first wants to start a membership and hasn't yet, maybe with no idea what it'd be about. The second already has a membership that isn't working the way she hoped, too few members or not enough coming in. We go right back to the model and the maths, so you can build a new one on solid ground, or fix the one you've already got.
Is it live or recorded?
Live, with me, that's the whole point, and you'll get the most out of it in the room. There's also a replay up each day, so a clash or a busy day won't knock you out.
How much time will it take each day?
About an hour a day, including plenty of time for your questions. Short, active sessions, not all-day workshops, so it slots into a working week.
What if I don't know what my membership would even be about?
That's exactly what Day 2 is for. Plenty of women come in with no idea and leave with one.
Do I need any tech or a website already?
No. We keep it as simple as humanly possible on Day 3.
Do I need an email list or a big following?
No. You don't need a list, thousands of followers or a fancy audience. You need the right forty people who already like you, and on Day 2 we work out exactly where to find them. Plenty of my members started with no list at all.
What happens after the three days?
You'll walk away with a launch plan you can run on your own steam. And on the last day, for anyone who'd like me in their corner while they actually do it, I'll show you what working with me looks like. Only if you fancy it. The plan is yours to keep either way.
